BagPAK

The production of a bag at PAK is a multi-stage process, during which we work with the customer from the design stage to the packaging stage on the machine in the customer’s hall. Your product is our starting point. We will propose and prepare such solutions that the packaging is aesthetically pleasing, safe and optimised in terms of both structure and size.

DoyPack

Doypacks are stand-up pouches, with the possibility of welding in a string for closing. As a doypack manufacturer, we can implement a number of solutions, e.g.: a euro hole for easy hanging, a notch for easy opening. Laser perforation, the use of selective varnish or the combination of film and paper with a window are also possible.

The most common applications for doypacks are as follows: dried fruit packaging, coffee packaging, tea packaging, pet food packaging, spice packaging, nut packaging, confectionery packaging, food supplement packaging.

We also make doypacks from mono-materials – in which case they are 100% recyclable.

Embossed vacuum bags

Embossed vacuum bags are a suitable solution for vacuum packaging machines and slat packers. They are made from barrier PA/PE film, and are finished with embossing which creates a mesh structure, the so-called moleskin. Thanks to the knurling, air escapes more quickly from the bags during the packaging process, which is why knurled bags are dedicated to vacuum packaging machines with lower output.
Embossed vacuum bags
are suitable for vacuum packaging of meat, cheese, vegetables and confectionery products.

Doypack bags

Vacuum bags

Bags for vacuum packaging of food have an oxygen barrier, which increases the freshness of the product several times over, as well as preventing it from drying out and losing its flavour. PA/PE bags and PET/PE bags manufactured at PAK are supplied in printed and unprinted options.

The most popular applications for vacuum bags are: meat packaging, poultry packaging, cold meat packaging, pickle packaging, cheese packaging.
Packaging methods: vacuum chamber packaging, vacuum packaging, modified atmosphere packaging (MAP).

Frozen food bags

Frozen food bags are made from modified LDPE film, making them perfectly suited to freezing at temperatures down to -40 degrees Celsius.
We offer frozen food bags in options with or without printing, with a tab, with a euro hole, with a bottom fold, with rounded corners or with clips.
The most common applications for frozen food bags are for poultry carcasses: chicken packing, rabbit packing, goose packing, etc.
