OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • secondary education

  • ability to operate forklifts, UDT license welcome

  • experience in working with ERP systems and mobile devices

  • good organization of own work

  • ability to work in a team

  • knowledge and maintenance of warehouse documentation

  • readiness to work shifts (4-brigade)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • storage, storing and issuing of materials in the production department

  • transporting and storing finished products in designated places

  • management of production materials and waste in accordance with the applicable system

  • current control of warehouse inventory and participation in stocktakes

  • preparation of documents of receipt and release of goods in the ERP system

  • adherence to the company’s quality management systems

NASZE WYMAGANIA:

  • wykształcenie zawodowe lub średnie techniczne o profilu mechanicznym, elektromechanicznym

  • znajomość układów mechanicznych, hydraulicznych, pneumatycznych

  • umiejętność czytania rysunku technicznego

  • umiejętność analizowania cyklu pracy maszyn

  • umiejętność lokalizacji i naprawianie awarii produkcyjnych

  • doświadczenie z zakresu napraw oraz konserwacji maszyn

  • min. 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy z urządzeniami przemysłowymi jako mechanik/ technik utrzymania ruchu

  • samodzielność, zaangażowanie i dokładność

  • gotowość do pracy w systemie dyżurowym

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

  • utrzymanie sprawności maszyn drukujących oraz pozostałych urządzeń znajdujących się na terenie firmy

  • wykonywanie przeglądów maszyn i urządzeń oraz ich bieżąca konserwacja

  • podejmowanie działań prewencyjnych w celu zapobiegania awariom maszyn/ urządzeń

  • diagnostyka, usuwanie awarii i usterek maszyn/urządzeń

  • wdrażanie usprawnień i modyfikacji maszyn/urządzeń oraz stanowisk produkcyjnych

  • uaktualnianie dokumentacji zgodnie z bieżącą sytuacją

  • utrzymanie i konserwacja infrastruktury technicznej

  • nadzorowanie zapasami i wnioskowanie o zakup części zamiennych

  • współpraca z serwisami zewnętrznymi

Our recruitment specialist checks the documents for compliance with the requirements of the advertisement. Selected persons are invited for an interview.

INTERVIEW

The first meeting is an opportunity for the candidate to introduce himself/herself, as well as to present his/her expectations. The first interview usually takes place at PAK, but it also happens by phone.

Selected persons are invited to a second interview – always at the company’s headquarters, during which candidates have the opportunity to get acquainted with their future immediate superior.

If the recruitment process ends positively for you, you will receive a job offer. Regardless of the outcome of the interview, you will receive feedback on your participation in the recruitment process within two weeks of the last meeting

YOUR FIRST DAY AT PAK

Your first steps at PAK are a meeting at the Human Resources Department, where you sign an employment contract, get acquainted with work regulations, and receive initial health and safety training. Then, with a representative of the department, you go to your workplace, get acquainted with your team and take part in position training. You proceed to carry out your first tasks. Welcome ! 🙂

I have been working at PAK for more than 20 years, for several years I have been in the position of head of the purchasing department, and each successive year marks the stages of my development. At work, I contact suppliers from Poland and the world, participate in trade fairs, meetings, and take care, above all, of buying well the raw materials needed for production. I am part of a team. The PAK company is family-oriented and I feel in it like in a good family, where it is nice and creative to meet at work, it is also good to spend free time together.
