Recruitment process
We take a very conscientious approach to recruitment, with professionalism and an individual approach to each candidate. You always receive feedback, within two weeks of the last meeting.
1 · Apply
- You respond to an advertisement or send your CV for the future; we will contact you when a matching recruitment appears.
2 · Document analysis
- Our recruitment specialist checks the documents against the requirements and invites selected persons for an interview.
3 · Interviews
- The first interview at PAK or by phone; the second always at the company, with your future immediate superior.
4 · Job offer
- A positive outcome means a job offer; regardless of the outcome, you receive feedback within 2 weeks.
5 · Your first day
- HR, contract, health and safety training, then your team and position training. Welcome aboard!
Develop your potential with us
We create opportunities for development and motivate employees to develop their skills. We cooperate with WSB Merito University, which gives PAK employees the opportunity to study at a lower-than-standard price. We finance training courses that develop competencies.

How we process your data
